"We had problems with the AC and couldn't sleep well. However, the next day the manager moved us to a much better room. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. The food was really good, and the server Simone was so helpful and friendly that it made our stay incredible!"

Our hosts could not have made us feel more welcome, both on arrival during our meal and after breakfast the following morning. "I booked this place that was rated a 10/10 but only based on one person’s rating. So, I gave it a shot with some reservation. I am very pleased that I did, because it was a real gem. The property was amazing, right in the old part of Town with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. They made a great daily breakfast that was amazing. Their staff were as nice as the location. NO HESITATION to go back or recommend it to anyone. Great spot. "

"La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"Wir haben schöne Sommerferien (9 Tage) in der Residence Elena verbracht, welche sich an sehr ruhiger Lage befindet. Ein Auto wird benötigt, da Strände und die Stadt Gallipoli einige Kilometer entfernt sind. Gratis Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Unsere Wohnung befand sich in sauberem Zustand und hatte eine wunderbare Terrasse. Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders für Familie mit Kindern ist dies ein geeigneter Ort, da die Residence einen schönen...
