"Had a nice short break here. Room was fine (we had a balcony room with a great view). Shower was very good. Would be nice to have a lift as my partner struggles a bit with the stairs, but it was OK. Dinner in the main restaurant was superb and the waitress was friendly and helpful. Would stay again."

"We did have an issue with the heating in the room, it was freezing, after we complained the manger suggested we went out for a pre booked appointment and upon return he would have it sorted We returned to find the room was still cold, we were immediately offered an upgrade to a much bigger suite in a differing part of the hotel. Well done to the staff "

"My husband and i booked an overnight stay for valentines day, we were greeted warmly by very friendly staff, the hotel itself was very inviting with beautiful decor and a relaxed vibe our dining experience was lovely amazing food served by a very sweet waitress followed by a delicious breakfast the next day. "Excellent, hotel was lovely and very easy to find, close to the shops/ town centre. The hotel was gorgeous and worth paying extra for ! The staff were very lovely and helpful, it was a really pleasant stay. Super easy check in and out also! The only negative was that in our room, we only had shampoo and conditioner, there was a stunning bath but no bubble bath or soap to actually enjoy it. This was a very minor negative over our whole experience though, we will definitely be returning! "
