"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. "The unit was quiet and convenient to the convention center. We were able to park and walk most places, although the supermarket was 1.5 miles. The building is old and it shows. The bathroom off the bedroom would be horrible for a tall person: low ceiling in shower and little space between the toilet and the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the View on Clinch!! We have stayed at several VRBOs in the university tower building and this was by far the absolute best. No comparisons!!! Every detail was accounted for. We were able to walk to campus and downtown Knoxville. I could not imagine a nicer place to have spent the weekend. "Our family drove in from different states and we stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The house easily fit 5 adults and was very inviting and comfortable. We played pool every night after dinner and relaxed on the porch watching the deer, drinking our morning coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking a full thanksgiving dinner. There is not one thing remotely negative about our stay. Thank you Bill, you were easy to communicate with and we hope to be back next year. "

"This property is great and just as described. We had a few minor issues but Ed was very responsive and took care of each issue promptly. The walk to and from the lake is quite steep so be prepared to get a workout! My elderly parents were unable to make the walk but since there is also a pool we still had a place to hang with them. "
