"Happy with the stay, would like to have the website updated as stated breakfast available but this is no longer an option. "Amazing bed and breakfast in a perfect location for us, for attending Fringe Festival, with bus stop directly outside and regularly buses. We received a very friendly welcome and our room was a good size with very comfortable big beds, tv, tea and coffee facilities which were renewed each day, plenty of towels, and complimentary slippers with a lovely view overlooking a park.
