"The property was well located with easy and good access to Aramante the Douro valley and Porto. The garden and house are secluded and the surrounding area of vineyards was very quiet and peaceful. The house was really well equipped and very nice with lots of hot water and towels for the pool. We enjoyed walking around the area and into Aramante along the new footpath next to the river. We had a really relaxing stay and would throughly recommend the house to people. "

"Unique place in a village! Very quiet and peaceful setting with a stunning view of a valley. Dona Cila was particularly helpful and pleasant! The access to the place was a bit challenging. Other than that we enjoyed it very much. "

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un environnement propice aux vacances et à la détente. La maison est grande, les propriétaires très gentils et aux petits soins pour nous. Ils nous ont accueillis avec des fleurs, un panier de légumes, des oeufs, des citrons.... La maison est très bien équipée. Bref il n'y a plus qu'à poser ses valises. Nous reviendrons !"

"Having done a few family & friends villa holidays now, I can say that this was one of the best villas we stayed in. Spotlessly clean and every room has a good sized, comfortable bed with an en-suite. Nobody had "the rubbish room" and a decent sized table that we could all fit around. WiFi worked throughout (unfortunately 1 of us still needed to do a bit of work). The pool, garden & bbq area were great to spend time together. We spent lots of time splashing around, eating, drinking, playing...

"We loved this house and the region - from the moment we arrived to be met by the owner's daughter and husband and the gorgeous Tutti, the golden retriever, to the last moments saying goodbye to the gracious owner Renato we had the most idyllic holiday. The house is an architectural gem with light flooding every space and allowing easy access to the gorgeous pool and sunbathing area and garden - we even had garage door envy! It is very secluded but close enough to lovely local villages and towns...
