"What a beautiful slice of paradise—a little sweet cottage with everything we needed —off the grid (but still close enough to groceries and great restaurants) with excellent hikes and beaches nearby. "This was booked last minute due to a last minute cancellation for another property. Beautiful property especially for the earthy type of individual. It was perfect for my needs however I don’t see people staying here that require more of an upscale type of setting. Leaving the room to use the community restroom is probably the only thing that was not too thrilling. All in all it fulfilled my expectations."

"This was a very lovely stay, very clean and close to Volcano National Park. The beds were very comfortable and there is a hot tub under the trees that we made use of! Sarah made us a nice breakfast and had some good advice, and we were able to get reservations for a ranger guided tour that took us past the "do not cross" barrier in the Kileaua caldera! The second night there was a family with a baby that woke us up early, but that could happen anywhere. Would definitely recommend!"
