"This was a really convenient place to stay for one night while visiting an old friend. The staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite compact but incredibly clean with everything you need. The only thing I really missed was tea/coffee facilities within the room, but it was all free down in the lobby."

"14 of us (ages ~30+) stayed here for a weekend for a hen party for one of my friends, we needed a Midlands location that was easily accessible from the centre of town and this house was just what we needed. Rikesh was really helpful and communicative. Although the house was perfect for what we needed, it could do with a little updating and sprucing up."

"From start to finish the stay at the property was perfect easy check in, Lovely touches left by the owner, The property was well maintained, Nearby stores and restaurants yet in a quite and upscale neighborhood. I had 3 boys ages 9-8, They had all the entertainment in the house & garden they could want. The house is clean and comfortably and big enough for everyone to have personal space.
