"We booked our vacation before hurricane Helene and vacasa would not give us a refund so we made the best of it. Asheville is a favorite place for us. The devastation from the hurricane is heartbreaking! The noise from the street is listed and they provide noise makers. But we didn’t sleep well. The ceiling fan in our room didn’t work. The dishwasher door would not open properly so it was almost impossible to put things in the bottom. The lights in two of the stairwells didn’t work. The garbage...

"This condo is absolutely perfect! It has every thing you could possibly want and more. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, events, and bars. Parking in the city garage across the street is fast and easy. The beds, linens, and towels are all top quality. The host could not be more helpful or friendly. This will be our go-to condo every time we come to AVL."

"The condo was so cute and typically -Gatlinburg! The bear decor was so nice and kitschy, and we saw 2 bear cubs with their momma at the bottom of Deer Ridge when we first turned in upon arrival, so the scene was set! The views were AMAZING and the bed was really comfy. The only complaint is there wasn't a skillet in the condo. But we will definitely be returning! "

"Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and...

"My husband and i came out for our one year anniversary. It was the perfect size for what we needed. We were able to cook when we wanted to. The view, itself was worth it. Best way to wake up and end the evening. One night we even got to see a bear. My husband loved being able to use the sauan and hot tub after the long days of walking we had. "
