Breakfast was included with all hot and cold items, everything was fresh and available. Hotel staff was friendly, spoke perfect English and were helpful with visiting sites and booking tours . "Great Location for a Family Holiday. Very clean room. Breakfast is expensive at the Hotel but their is a little Kiosk just two Houses up towards Theresienwiese which does great Coffee and has a choice of Pastries and Semmeln."

"We really enjoyed this hotel! The price was reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable, and amenities were great. We were given the choice to forego daily room cleaning and were given a free drink in the bar for every night we decided not to have the room cleaned. We often forego room cleaning (to save water and resources) and the drink was a great reward for doing so. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and even included prosseco! A special thanks and recognition to Ibrahim Iman in the bar and Bahre at breakfast. Both went above and beyond and made our stay even more special."
