"Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. "Felt like we had our own little apartment in the heart of Ghent. Was clean and had a nice "Honesty Bar" where you could grab drinks and snacks and just write down what you took to pay at the end. Also had free food (bread, eggs, meat, cheese, etc.) which was nice to make a quick sandwich. Close to everywhere you'd want to go. Recommend!"

"Would avoid staying at this place. There was no hot water. The living area had terrible seats (2 very uncomfortable wooden seats). There was no doors in the place - not even on the bathroom! Contact was impossible with those in charge. "
