"The reception was excellent. We arrived with a rollator due to limited mobility and changed our Room to be close to the lift, which was so thoughtful. They were also helpful in ordering us a taxi to take us to the airport. The restaurant food was reasonably varied."

"It was very minimalist without any drawers/microwave/fridge but it was clean and serviced well. The breakfast was a full English breakfast with fruit, yogurt, bread, coffee and croissants. The servers were very efficient at cleaning tables and helping out."

Fab hotel

"Was nervous booking this hotel because the room has no windows (I have a fear of enclosed spaces), but the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom nice. I was out most of my 5-night stay anyway. The onsite cafe was good too. Staff friendly and helpful overall, and they allowed me early check-in and later check-out (though you do pay for both but it's not expensive). Hotel is right between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, so right in the heart of London. "
