"Wiw, what a great place from which to explore Cannes. Close to the sandy public beach, close to the harbour, lots of restaurants close by, and all the shops and stores a little walk away. Just be prepared to walk everywhere, and it is always eventually uphill. It is beside all the hubbub of the old town and not in it. And the sunrises and nighttime harbour views are the icing in the cake. Just don't tell people about it: it can be our secret Cannes retreat."
