"There was one downside of this place - the creeping service fees which are not declared on the Vrbo profile. The website announces that bedding is provided, but then the owner writes to you to ask for €10 per person for sheets and towels. On arrival, you are told to use a screwdriver to clean the shower drains of hair before you leave. Then on departure, with minutes to spare, you are told to clean the whole place yourself or pay another €50. It’s not unusual to ask for a cleaning fee, but...

"We had two weeks at this wonderful Gite hosted by a wonderful couple - Brigitte and Thierry. They were very welcoming and their Gite was perfect for three of us, very tastefully decorated and set in an olive grove, lovely to sit and relax in. There was plenty see and do in the region too - a great location for a holiday."

"Ein gemütliches Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett, sprechen aber leider kein Englisch, aber wussten wir vorher. In dem Ort selbst ist nicht viel los. Leider auch kaum Möglichkeiten, um Essen zu gehen. Die kann man aber sehr schön in den benachbarten Orten. Alles in allem bekommt man genau, was man erwartet. Es war sehr nett und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"The cottage was excellent and Romain was a gracious and friendly host, very responsive and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms, beds and kitchen were super comfortable and of good quality furnishings and AC. The pool was lovely and Romain gladly provided an umbrella on the patio by the pool. "Just returned from a lovely stay in Mouries, Provence. Rudy the owner was extremely helpful on arrival recommending some super places for us to visit. The air-conditioning was extremely welcome in the current heatwave we've been experiencing. A great boulangerie/patisserie 2 minutes on foot down the road (one of several in the town!) . Great base for our trips out to visit the region. The garden was particularly lovely to sit out in - beautifully maintained."

"The property is well situated about 2km from the town and beach. It is an easy journey on the 2 bikes provided. House is very cute and comfortable and perfect size for two people.
