"There was one downside of this place - the creeping service fees which are not declared on the Vrbo profile. The website announces that bedding is provided, but then the owner writes to you to ask for €10 per person for sheets and towels. On arrival, you are told to use a screwdriver to clean the shower drains of hair before you leave. Then on departure, with minutes to spare, you are told to clean the whole place yourself or pay another €50. It’s not unusual to ask for a cleaning fee, but...

They were very welcoming and their Gite was perfect for three of us, very tastefully decorated and set in an olive grove, lovely to sit and relax in. There was plenty see and do in the region too - a great location for a holiday."

In dem Ort selbst ist nicht viel los. Leider auch kaum Möglichkeiten, um Essen zu gehen. Die kann man aber sehr schön in den benachbarten Orten. Alles in allem bekommt man genau, was man erwartet. Es war sehr nett und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"The cottage was excellent and Romain was a gracious and friendly host, very responsive and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms, beds and kitchen were super comfortable and of good quality furnishings and AC. The pool was lovely and Romain gladly provided an umbrella on the patio by the pool. "Christiane was a lovely landlady who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, well stocked and very stylish. We loved the garden and the parking was useful. I was easy to drive into Arle and we didn't have any trouble finding parking there. Arle is a lovely town and worth a visit. We had a lovely stay there, thank you Christiane. Jennie and Paul"

"Our second time at Xavier's house. The niggles from last year have mostly been addressed, except the fan in the bathroom. A very pleasant 2 weeks with glorious sunshine throughout. The dogs remembered the villa straight away and were very settled in the garden. Although we had neighbours in the front house this time, parking for a car each was not a problem. Able to visit all of our old haunts in western Provence, and a few new ones. We will be back again - maybe not next year - but soon."

"Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße mit sehr wenig Verkehr. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und einladend. Der Supermarkt gegenüber hat auch Sonntagsmorgen offen. Das Haus ist für Hunde super geeignet und man kann sehr gut spazieren gehen. Durch die zentrale Lage ist man schnell in der Camargue und in anderen interessanten Städten. Empfehlenswert!"
