They originally put me in an upper room but with no elevator, I was struggling to climb the stairs. They noticed this and moved me to a ground floor room without me asking. "

"This was a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property is gorgeous. The room is small but lovely- nice bathroom and bathtub. We had a fantastic dinner at the gourmet restaurant. Outstanding. The server was lovely. We took their shuttle into town and that was great. Got to the market and did some shopping. Concierge super helpful also. My only comment is I did not like their pillows! Please get some down pillows for those of us who feel every lump and bump. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay. The spa and indoor pool looked great but we had a very short stay. I would recommend this property highly. "
