"The apartment is right in the center of the walled city of old Avignon. We love to stay in the city center when we travel and walk everywhere, and this apartment was ideal. It is only about a 3 minute walk to the Palace of the Popes. There is a grocery store down the street. There are dozens of restaurants within 5 minutes in every direction. "The location of the property was great for exploring Avignon, which is a beautiful town to visit! We found the apartment to be a little dirty though and the bedsheets had some stains on them. Also to note unfortunately the free parking is in a public carpark outside the city (Des Italiens parking is best) and you will need to catch a free shuttle to the apartment (use the CZ1), hope this helps others! "

"À la suite d'une annonce fausse sur le site, abritel a plutot bien géré une location de rechange . celle-ci a été improvisée à la hâte et l'aménagement s'en ressentait mais en revanche la personne qui a géré notre accueil s'est avérée efficace. Pour une location aux normes (et au prix) il y a pas mal de choses à revoir (changer la literie, revoir l'aménagement de la cuisine, prevoir plutôt une douche à la place de la baignoire, et quelques petits détails auxquels les touristes sont sensibles, et...

"So very relaxing and peaceful! Madame was incredibly kind and helpful - especially helping improve our French! We stayed 8 nights and the gite was a perfect location for exploring all around Provence. And you'll love all the critters! Donkeys, horses, cat and the wonderful Tulu (sorry about the spelling) the Yellow Lab."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joelle and Christian’s gite. Both very helpful; neither speak English but Joelle is very animated so you should get the gist of what she is saying. Location was good - easy access to Avignon, Arles, Apt etc. Lots of little cute villages to visit in the area. The gite is exactly as the photos. Very quiet and private. Secure parking onsite. Had everything we needed. The village is small, very quiet; no real vibe but Le Bistrot and the Maison de Celou are both good...
