"The cabin was great. The kind of place we dream about. Location was perfect for the day trips to Mt Airy and Pilot Mountain as well as other area state parks on our list. Cabin was clean and well kept. Was very peaceful and saw deer and squirrels. Will definitely be returning in the future. "

"The cabin is as pictured and sits in an area surrounded on 3 sides by trees and mountain valleys. The entire cabin was spotless and looked fairly new. The smell of the wood planks lining the cabin was very calming. Trip times to town or destinations will run shorter during the day but will increase at night. Some/most of the roads have no overhead street lights and no markings. Although warned of potential bear encounters, we saw very little large wildlife during our stay. Lots of birds of prey...
