"Nice central place to stay. Staff nice and helpful. Only down side was the bottom surround of the shower had black mould the rest of the room was lovely n clean. As was only staying 1 night was able to miss using the shower. Would still recommend but advise to have this issue seen to."

"When we arrived there was no heating on and no hot water. The outside temperature was 6C and the cottage was colder than that. Eventually someone arrived to put on the heating and light the wood burning stove. Even with that there was no way the cottage would be warm for at least 12 hours. "Looking for somewhere to stay while attending the Drovers Tryst Walking Festival, this was in a good central location, easy to walk into the town centre, with a supermarket for supplies just round the corner. Excellent value for money. I was welcomed and impressed with the room facilities and the little extras such as bottles of water in the fridge and bathrobes. Very good choice to eat at breakfast, and was offered an earlier breakfast time so I could meet the walk start times. Would...
