"We have just spent 3 nights at this fabulous property. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. They advised us on where to eat and even booked some restaurants for us as well as advising us on good places to visit in the vicinity. "Our room was in amongst renovated farm buildings, rustic on the outside but nice and well appointed inside. There was a pool. It was set in wooded hills a few miles from Sarlat. Peaceful and beautiful. The reception and restaurant were in a seperate building a couple of kilometers away. Access was by a one way system of narrow roads. The setup was unusual but enjoyable. We ate outdoors every evening and the cuisine was great. We would go again if visiting this area."

"Lovely location near town, with delicious breakfast and comfy room! FYI, parking access is tricky, as steep, skinny, and sharp turns (not good for larger vehicles, be comfy reversing around curve, and try to arrive first time in daylight!), but instructions are clear. Just a heads-up! It’s not a reason to avoid as the guest experience is top notch!! "

"The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....
