"We have just spent 3 nights at this fabulous property. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. They advised us on where to eat and even booked some restaurants for us as well as advising us on good places to visit in the vicinity. "The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

"The hosts (Americans, who settled in France a few years ago ) were very kind and helpful. They speak French, English and Spanish. The husband - who is also the cook - proposes dishes typical to the area for the dinner. Nice location, terrasse, and pool. The rooms are nice, but I would prefer a wood floor rather than tiles."

"Pam and Glynn run a gorgeous, friendly and relaxing home from home (with more sunshine) close to Domme. It’s a relatively new house with a few guest rooms, a self catering unit in the lower ground ( for 6 people), a lovely terrace for breakfast, several outdoor seating areas (in the sun and shade) for lounging and eating, and a swimming pool that my girls enjoyed swimming & cooling off in.
