"We absolutely loved our stay in Anne’s gorgeous stone house! It’s so calm, peaceful and really perfect for a relaxing holiday! Driving distance to all the cute villages, and everything you would need! Plus my 2.5 year old loved the cats and sweet dog that came to visit us! Thank you Anne!! Really wonderful place!"

"The location is excellent and the surrounding countryside is beauriful. We used the eurotunnel so its quite q srive to tye property but worth it. The amenities were as described qnd we used all of them all of the time. Once you gettoknow the area it is quite easy to pick up provisions. I would use again as it comfortably accommodates a group of 8 plus 2 dogs."

"A lovely little cottage in such a peaceful location - perfect for time to get away from everything . The swimming pool was a real bonus and Ann Elise was the perfect host . We were able to enjoy time to ourselves as well as being able to explore the area . The cottage had everything we needed , and more , very comfortable and a real home from home . Huge thanks to Ann Elise for being the perfect host , Alain for his perfect directions and Juno for her visits !"

"The property really did live up to the expectations of the photographs. A really lovely set up, and the owners Jo and Paul were wonderful and very helpful with local advise and recommendations. We particluarly loved the hot tub especially as it is covered so when it was raining it didnt matter! The pool was the only one i have ever been to that was properly heated to a perfect temperature. We highly recommend a stay here. "

"Fantastic adult get away. Peace and quiet in delightful surroundings. Pool was as fabulous as the pictures looked and very well maintained. Property pictures didn’t really do it justice. Fantastic adaptation to an old building. light, airy and cool. Stunningly situated in the French countryside with loads of places to visit. Highly recommended. Mais ce n'est pas pour cela que l'on vient à la Baudette, c'est pour son calme, sa tranquilité et sa piscine pour se raffraichir ! "Overall had a lovely 2 week stay, experienced a few issues but were rectified very quickly by the owner. Lovely places to visit but not near to any restaurants. The Lot is not as picturesque as the Dordogne"

"Slept so well in this quiet retreat in older part of town. On warmer days feel like sitting outside with the large sliding door open. Apartment appointed with anything you might need. Nearby pharmacy, bank, Casino and cafe and brasserie and restaurants within 1 km walk. Good takeaway kebab just steps out the door. Lovely market and easy town to use as base for visiting Lot and Cele area with many medieval towns, Peche Merle, etc. Would stay afain anytime back in this area."

"Sylvain and Katherine were ideal hosts who communicated well with us to ensure we arrived safely. They were PERFECT hosts who welcomed us, gave us lots of information, considerately stocked the kitchen with a welcome pack of groceries and invited us for drinks in their beautiful house and garden. The cottage is ideal for 2 or 3 people with a lovely balcony and use of a gorgeous garden. If you have mobility issues the spiral staircase needs to be considered. Our hosts introduced us to the...

"Nous avons réservé cette location pour une semaine avec nos deux garçons de 15 et 11 ans, la location est au calme, au milieu des vignes, pas de voisin, ni de vis à vis. La piscine est grande non chauffée, mais très appréciable par ces chaleurs, le jacuzzi est également apprécié par les plus grand. La maison peu accueillir 8 personnes, elle est propre, bien équipée et surtout écologique puisqu’elle fonctionne aux panneaux solaires. La maison est à 15min des commerces et 30min de Cahors, pas mal...

It was after complaining that the owner provided us with a ‘ booster’ that enabled us to have the WiFi . The hot tub was listed as being included. "The house is outstanding and the views are mesmerizing. The house has everything you could possibly need while on holiday and located in an historic and very charming village. The pool area is nicer than most 5 star resorts, overlooking miles of fields and the beautiful countryside. We walked to dinner in the evenings coffee in the mornings.
