The tranquil 3-bedroom holiday home in Puy-l'Evêque is suitable for families and groups. The house has a large, furnished fenced terrace, a swimming pool and a barbecue for you to enjoy a delicious meal with families and friends.

There is a steady supply of fresh fruit and nuts depending on the season. The house is centrally located as all facilities are nearby. The tennis court, lake, restaurants, public swimming pool and supermarkets for your daily needs are all present in about 4 km. There are lovely circular walking routes from the property, which already consists of 7 hectares of its own forest and garden, with further beautiful walking routes through the beautiful countryside and the chance of meeting badgers, deer, etc., leading through the nearby hamlets and back to the holiday home.

Da sich das Haus in diesem Zustand befindet, können Sie eigentlich keine Gäste empfangen. Sehr schmutzig, wir haben 2 Staubsaugerbeutel voller Spinnweben, Krümel, Staub usw. gesaugt. Fernseher kaputt, diverse Lampen ausgetauscht, 1 Metall-Doppelbett, das beim Anblick klapperte (zum Glück gab es noch 2 weitere, in denen wir schlecht geschlafen haben). , Türen, die nicht richtig schließen, das versprochene Schwimmbad ist bereits für den Winter geschlossen, Heizkörper, die die ganze Nacht pfeifen (Sie müssen sie also selbst entlüften), Heizkörperknöpfe, die undicht sind, Laminat im Badezimmer, das durch Feuchtigkeit beschädigt wurde , Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher voller Kalk, also auch noch entkalkt, kurz gesagt, das alles und mit der sehr dunklen Inneneinrichtung sah es eher aus wie ein heruntergekommenes Gruselhaus. Auch im Außenbereich gibt es noch viel zu tun, um diesem Haus an diesem schönen Standort ein ordentliches Aussehen zu verleihen.

Von außen ein wunderschönes Haus. Gras sollte gemäht werden, aber das geschah nicht. Der Pool musste renoviert werden und enthielt zu viel Chlor. Ich glaube, die Bettwäsche stammt aus den 60ern, ist aber sauber. Küchenwäsche wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Innen alte Möbel und Strom nicht konform. Innen sehr dunkel. In einem Zimmer war es auch auf einer Seite nicht sauber. Der Rest ist zweckmäßig und alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, aber auch veraltet. Sehr ruhige Gegend und in der Nähe von Supermarkt und Fluss. Der Fernseher funktionierte, aber der versprochene TV Flandern funktionierte nicht.

Das Anwesen ist veraltet und braucht etwas Pflege. Es gibt Dinge darin, die nicht funktionieren, wie z. B. der Fernseher. Der Senderempfänger war kaputt, als wir ankamen, und obwohl wir den Defekt gemeldet haben, wurde er nie repariert. Überall auf dem Anwesen liegen mehrere Verlängerungskabel. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es den grundlegenden Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards entspricht. Am frustrierendsten ist die Situation mit der Bettwäsche. Obwohl Bettwäsche bereitgestellt wird, sind die Betten bei der Ankunft nicht gemacht und der Zustand der Bettwäsche kann am besten als schäbig und alt beschrieben werden. Wir fragten den Hausmeister, ob wir wenigstens passende Bettwäsche haben können. Uns wurde jedoch gesagt, dass die vorherige Familie 10 Gäste hatte und diese die gesamte Bettwäsche benutzt haben. Sie können den Pool genießen, nachdem Sie ihn von Ungeziefer gereinigt haben. Die Duschkabine braucht Aufmerksamkeit, da die Tür einen Riss hat und uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass die vorherigen Gäste sie kaputt gemacht haben!! Hmmm! Sah für uns eine Zeit lang kaputt aus. Jetzt! Gute Seiten - wenn Sie Ruhe und Frieden suchen, ist dies der perfekte Ort mit kleinen Dörfern um die Ecke, Wildtieren und Insekten im Überfluss, einer Gottesanbeterin im Küchenfenster, einer Wildkatze, die in einer der alten Scheunen auf der Rückseite lebt, und wenn Sie leise sind, sehen Sie vielleicht ein Reh auf dem Gelände herumstreunen. Ich denke schon! Die große Frage - werden wir das Anwesen wieder buchen und zwar bei Belvilla? Die Antwort ist ein klares NEIN. Verbo und Belvilla haben unsere Bedenken, die wir gleich bei unserer Ankunft geäußert haben, nicht einmal zur Kenntnis genommen, tatsächlich warten wir immer noch auf eine Antwort! Nicht beeindruckt und überteuert.

Sehr altes Anwesen, dreckig, sehr lange nicht gereinigt, Schwimmbad nicht frisch, Angaben zum Eigentümer nicht korrekt. Es steht nur ein Schlüsselverwalter/Techniker zur Verfügung. Nicht der erwartete Standard von Belvilla. Die Schlafzimmer waren so dreckig, dass ich wegen Asthmabeschwerden draußen sitzen musste. Bettwäsche für Betten nicht vollständig.

The property is dated and in need of some TLC, there are things within the property that do not work such as the TV, the channel box was broken when we arrived, in spite of reporting the fault it was never fixed, there are multiple extension cords around the property, not sure if it meets basic health and safety standards. Most frustrating part is the situation with linen, although linen is provided, however, beds are not made on arrival and the condition of the linen can be best described as shabby and old, we asked care taker can we at least have matching bed linen, however, we were told the previous family had 10 guests and they used all the linen. You can enjoy the pool after you have cleaned it of the bugs. Shower cubicle needs attention as the door is cracked and we were informed that the previous guests broke it!! Hmmm! Looked broken for a while to us. Now! Good bits - if you want piece and quite this is a perfect location with small villages around the corner, wildlife and insects are in abundance, there is resident mantis in the kitchen window, wild cat that lives within one of the old barn at the back and if you are quiet you might see a dear roaming around within the grounds. I suppose! The big question- will we book again the property and with Vrbo? Answer is an emphatic NO. Vrbo did not even acknowledge the concerns we raised as soon as we arrived, in fact we are still waiting for a response! Not impressed and over priced.
