"We had 11 people for a family getaway and this property exceeded all expectations! In a quiet cul de sac, the house backs into a large creek and walking trail. Lots to explore, with a pool table, arcade games, a rooftop deck, and the amazing pool / hot tub room complete with slide and waterfall! Rooms had comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and updated. A TV in almost every room. Nearby is a nice kids park, mini golf, ice cream shop, weis supermarket, and a quick drive to Bethany beach. Several...

"Rather than staying at a noisy hotel, we opted to go with the VRBO while at a lax tourney at the DE turf. The house is located in a quiet area. We ventured into surrounding towns for local restaurants and shopping. (It does take 12-15 min to get anywhere). The accommodations were comfortable and my daughter and I had our own sleeping areas. "

"First Annie was awesome to work with. Bayside at Bethany lakes is a wonderful family vacation. My favorite part of our week was early morning coffee on the deck over looking the bay tranquil bird sanctuary and just so peaceful. The beach was a short drive and the pool and gym a short walk. There was something for everyone .Ocean View is our new favorite area so much so we may retire there in a few years. Thanks for a great week Annie"

The location was central to many activities. Since we were so near the trails, we walked 3 miles each morning with our furry family. "The pictures don't fully show how big the house is. The community is quite and safe - nice for a family to stroll at night. The community pool, while extra, is certainly worth a day pass or two when on vacation. Communication, check-in/out were easy. The house has upscale appliances and everything (pots, pans, plates, etc.) you need to make dinners at home for a family. A huge natural gas grill was also nice to use. Travel to grocery stores/restaurants/beaches was easy. "
