"This property is absolutely adorable and in a wonderful location. However, the mildew smell was overpowering and most definitely unhealthy. The air conditioning of this home is controlled by a nest and could not be changed. So, every time we left the property the air conditioner went into an away mode and reset to 78 degrees. Therefore we were unable to improve the air quality. The strong mildew smell came home with us in our suitcases and clothing. A mildew abatement plan needs to be put in...

"We owned a home in Ocean Pines for 17 years before moving to Florida. We love the area. The house was spacious enough for both of us to work remotely without interrupting each other. We had friends over for dinner and found everything we needed to cook a complete meal. There was an amazing breeze off the water that allowed us to use the side screened porch each evening. We enjoyed our stay."

"Very cute property with lots of beautiful landscaping and coy pond. Fire pit was really small. But our dog loved it regardless!! Main bathroom had low water pressure so we couldn’t use it- hence the lower rating. But would go back if we go back to Rehoboth. "

"My family and I LOVED our stay at this house! The house was clean, homey, comfortable and as described. It was 20 minutes from the beach and a short walk to the bay. Additionally we had little ones with us and the house had a few accommodations for the little kids (they had an extra pack and play etc).
