"Frustrating check in. Noted disorientation regarding a ready room and when a room was assigned it was occupied. The person apparently went into the wrong room and it created more frustration finding another ready room. It was worked out however when I expressed concern that our credit card which was initially connected to the first room assigned could be charged the manager was rude in her response which I felt was inappropriate. I didn’t think my concern was unreasonable. "

"We have stayed here many times. It is pet friendly. It has an excellent included breakfast buffet. This property needs an elevator to the second floor. We would not stay if assigned a second floor room. "

"This had a new feel to it! Idk how long this hotel has been here, but it was spotless and so peaceful. The staff were sweet and very helpful. The bedssss OMG! Some of my best sleep in a hotel and I am not exaggerating. The pillows, I wish I knew where they came from. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to crash for a day or a few."

"This is the only hotel we stay at in Rockingham. It’s always clean starting with the main lobby. The have an air freshener that has a pleasant scent in the main entrance. Staff is responsive. Breakfast is decent. Location is good. "
