"For age of home it was in good shape. Quiet neighborhood. Home was pretty clean, master bathroom floor did not appear to have been cleaned there was a white powder substance, on the floor and lots of spider webs in master bedroom windows. Don’t know how those got missed but other than that I found it to be pretty clean. I used to clean VRBOS so I’m pretty picky. The only thing I didn’t like was the nest heating/air thermostat.
