"The hotel staff was amazing and so friendly! The manager made Thanksgiving dinner for all the hotel guest and it was so delicious and it meant a lot to us that she cared enough to make us feel welcome and made sure our belly’s were full and even had plates to go! The rooms were spotless and a great size for our family of 4, that couch/sofa bed really helps when you have multiple older kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Albany."

"Check in was quick and easy. We were offered a interior room with a balcony. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The maid service was great. They were super attentive. The hotel itself is super unique! Love the koi pond. There was a craft fair of sorts there over the weekend. We had such a great time! Best birthday ever! Thank you!"
