"This home was beautiful and well equipped, although the street approaching it was messy and uninviting. The village had some nice shops and a few restaurants but only one open after 5 pm. The views were awesome from the twisty roads and lots of hiking trails."

"Stylish apartment. Pretty well equipped although not sufficient glasses. Water ran cold for second persons shower and as this is an apartment for 4 that could be a real problem. TV was faulty with no English channels and very distorted sound. Very pretty garden area. Pool very cold and no sun beds. Very few restaurants in surrounding area and parking difficult. Bed very comfortable and shower powerful. Lovely balcony with sea view great for breakfast. No sun shades for either outside space...

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus und Pool waren super eine Spülmaschiene und Backofen wäre bei der Anzahl der Personen schon sehr sinnvoll aber geht auch ohne. Der Service und Kontakt war sehr super. Alles bestens das Haus liegt zwar etwas abseits jedoch nicht in einer Turisten Region. Ein Supermarkt und Restaurants sind jedoch fussläufig erreichbar. Und mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall ein rundum schöner Urlaub gerne wieder."

At first I want to explain that Valsequillo is, I think, the coldest place in gran canaria. If in Puerto Rico is 26 degrees, in Valsequillo is 14. But weather is not a problem. House is very cold. "Lovely property in an excellent location with a very nice owner and family. As others have said the photographs don't really do the property justice. The property is sited in the Tejeda caldera with beautiful views of the countryside including Roque Nublo, Roque Bentayga, sunsets and night skies. The house is well-appointed and equipped, has character and is clean, tidy and comfortable. We felt at home immediately. "Lovely, stylish old house, just right size for a couple. Kitchen is small but equipped well enough for cooking, shower is great, terrace is great for eating and sunbathing, and it even has a washing machine. Track to the house is a bit of a drive, so allow bit of extra time to go out. Only thing I'd suggest adding are some wine glasses and a cork screw! oh and another dinner plate. Would book again :)"

"2weeks of cycling with friends. Road access to the house is not the easiest since it has a few steep climbs and add about 400 feet of elevation both ways. House is very clean, old finca. You can lock yourself out of the rooms if you are not careful."
