"It was absolutely just what we required for a one night visit. Extremely well places near British rail stations and directly on the Broad Street. Good size room, clean and well presented. Breakfast inc in the cost, thoroughly enjoyed what was a good selections. "

"I was greeted by a most welcoming lady for check in - she couldn’t have been more helpful! I explained I had a phobia of lifts and asked where the stairs were and she immediately explained she would change my room from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor for ease and that she would arrange for someone to take my luggage to my room for me. This was appreciated more than she will ever know from someone who has massive anxiety over having to potentially use a lift! I had various conversations over my stay with this lady (sorry I did not get her name) and she genuinely made my stay better than could have been expected from her warm and friendly approach to hospitality especially as I was travelling alone. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, the bed incredibly comfortable and so quiet at night! I returned to my room from running the Birmingham Half Marathon and a lady had just finished servicing room - she was lovely and chatted to me about my run and again couldn’t have been more helpful! This hotel is absolutely value for money and will definitely stay again when in Birmingham. Thank you for making me feel so welcome! 😊"

"Liked the comfort of the beds spacious room with large TV in room, complimentry water bottles, coffee machine all was ok just disappointed with the supposed 24 hour snacks not being available the excuse was they were having problems with the oven although it was just a sandwich I wanted. My last stay didn't have them available as they were having chef problems. The Duty Manager will look into these problems though. "
