The villa is extremely well equipped and the sitting room and dining room are very comfortable. "This was a truly amazing property- perfect for the entire family, located within everything you would want to visit, and if you are into getting your 10,000 steps a day you will find this property location ideal. If you are not into walking or exercise this might not be for you- but otherwise you could not find a better place in the South of France. We loved it!!!"

"Raymond took care of us from start to finish, from greeting us to sharing his fresh picked oranges and lemons. The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the city with a bus stop right across the street that brings you right downtown. The three good sized bedrooms were more than enough for our family of five and even my mom at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family and hope to visit again🙂"

"The property is wonderful - very comfortable, interesting, and spacious, and very French (ie chic, lovely pictures of the cote d'azur, outside tables). It also has lovely additions including a decent sized private pool, a table tennis table, plenty of parking. Two other points: the location is superb, within easy reach of Vence, St Paul de Vence, Nice and the cote d'azur; and the contact with owners David and Elisabeth, and their housekeeper Francoise, was easy and welcoming.
