We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way from Rome to Monaco, this place, although only a few miles from the freeway, it is located on a mountain with narrow roads that take almost 40 minutes to drive. The check in is by yourself, there are only 6 rooms and when we got there at 7 pm we were the only people in the whole building. "This property was fantastic. It was clean and had eve dry thing we needed for the 4 days we were staying there. It is a 30 minute walk from old nice, however it was very close to the beach and the walk is beautiful. "

"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "This was a great hotel for the cost, admittedly room was not particularly large but great for the money we paid. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Spotlessly clean. Like a lot of hotels, no matter the star rating, lighting was not great and lack of sockets near mirror. A pet hate of mine is having the hairdryer in the bathroom. A great location, near public transport, good shops and restaurants as well as the Promenade des Anglais. We would definitely stay again."

Location, Charm and Service

"Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street. Great view. If arriving at night, hotel 15 from Nice airport. 15 min walk to old town Nice. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk."
