"The stay here was exceptional- I was stuck here due to the weather but I can think of nowhere better to have been stuck. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The food in the bar was excellent. I can thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay."

"This hotel overlooks Rutland Reservoir and had some amazing views. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had afternoon tea in the Blossoms which was tasty and filling. And the breakfast was amazing, literally everything you could want. The only problem we had was, we booked a "cozy" double, their cheapest room, which was in the eaves and had slanted ceilings and unfortunately the placement of the shower meant neither me (5 foot 10) or my hubby (6 foot 2) could stand up in it."
