"It was the best place I’ve stayed at in Peterborough so far. Clean, nice, and central. Only criticisms are the shower door was broken/not attached properly ( I expect this was a previous resident and hasn’t been noticed yet) and that the double bed was 2 singles with a double sheet over it, so I kept waking up falling down the middle! But with that said, it was a decent place and I will likely return. "

"Location good as we came to go to a family party in Castor. Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. A code for the key safe was e-mailed and sent via text at 1pm of day of arrival, but we had no notice that this was to be the process and we had to chase...

The setting is absolutely stunning, with the hotel overlooking Rutland Water, offering beautiful views and plenty of serene, natural surroundings. The rooms were immaculate and thoughtfully decorated, combining modern touches with classic comfort. One of the highlights was the hotel’s dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a range of fresh, locally sourced options, and the meals were outstanding. Every dish was prepared with care, and the service was attentive yet unobtrusive. The Bull Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

"The Bull Hotel was a great stay. The room was compact and beds good. The ensuite was excellent with plenty of room. Bar area was amazing and good food served most of the day. So one could eat if arrived late. The decor was really done well "
