"The fire pit area outside is enjoyable. It's not walkable surrounding the area; a shuttle service to OU would be appreciated but they noted a city bus stop is across from the property."

"Really cute little boutique hotel in the middle of Athens, very near Ohio University. It was a Friday night and college kids were out having fun, so it was a little noisy late at night. Otherwise, it's a great little property. Only disappointment was in the breakfast but then most hotel breakfasts aren't great."

"Some pretty good stuff, they had a smartTV which is very rare even for more expensive hotels. The bed was nice and firm which is a big plus for me. Cleanliness was ok and the provided soap didn't work very well, cracked very easily."

As we are animal lovers we were greeted by the cutest cats, the most friendliest dogs and goats a plenty! Once night came it was quiet and peaceful and you could see every star in the sky.
