"Over the last 5-7 years of coming to the great state of Ohio, I’ve stayed in many different places. Dallas and his Hospitality is by far the most welcoming experience I’ve had of any extended stay over the years. His Cabin and secluded retreat is not comparable to others. In coming years, I have no desire to stay anywhere other than there. "

Wonderful relaxing stay

"We had a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay. John and Margot were excellent and gracious hosts! My daughter and I chose to help with morning chores so we got to be up close to the animals which was great! They taught us a lot about the animals. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here. We will most certainly stay here again when we are down that way."

Cozy, modern and spacious!

"The property was amazing! The house was clean with lots of room. One of the things we were looking for was a cozy place, that allowed for pets but we prefer a slightly more modern look and feel and this place was great. The back patio was very relaxing. You are also very close to the local state parks, less than 20 minutes or hocking hills if you wanna go there you’re less than 40 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. "

Pumpkin Ridge Barn + Stable: 2 spaces for one rate on 100 acres near Hocking

Love the barn plus the stable and both were incredible!

"We stayed in the barn and my daughter, son-I -law and 2 grandchildren stayed in the stable. We all went back and forth between the two places and my granddaughters could run over to our barn and have fun while my daughter and son-in-law got a break. Worked out beautifully! "

Second stay!

"This is our second time staying here and it was absolutely wonderful! We came during peak fall colors and the weather gorgeous. The hot tub was the best reward after a day of hiking and the front porch was the perfect place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee! My kids and dog all love roaming around the property and exploring all the caves and hills. Thank you for a great place to get away! "

"If your career and life are as stressful and hectic as mine, then I highly recommend treating yourself to some legitimate downtime at Serenity Lodge. The cabin and surrounding property are everything you could hope for when staying in the Hocking Hills. With comforts and conveniences throughout, the only sounds we heard during our stay were falling leaves and some wildlife scurrying through the trees. This was our fourth time staying at Serenity Lodge and each time working with the owner (Dana) has been a joy. If you're seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, then this is definitely the place for you. "
