"The day before we arrived we where asked via text if we need linen and towels. We said yes. The evening we arrived no towels or linen. We called the concierge contact he said sorry and he could not make it that evening so no sheets or towels, but next morning he will come early. So after a long day we had no linen. He did not make it next morning either, we sat all morning waiting, so I bought towels and we went about our day. That evening there where towels and sheets available at the door. So...

"Lovely house very close to beach and walking to town. Communication was great with owner. Kids enjoyed the puzzles and games in the evening. Thank you for a wonderful weekend."

"The location of the house was superb for morning and afternoons on the beach for swimming, relaxing and introducing a toddler to the sea. "If you are looking for a perfect location and home then this home is great for families. Very close to the beach and center of town. Sandra was a great host that made sure that we had everything ready and comfortable for our trip. Merci beaucoup Beck Family, California"

"The size and location were good. I had thought that there was private parking but it was actually on the road side. Luckily the road was very quiet. The fittings - furniture, bathroom fittings and kitchen ware - were old and worn. There was lots of crockery but few pieces of cutlery and mugs - unless you wanted chipped or plastic ones. Bearing in mind the house was for 6 this (mugs and cutlery) would have been a problem but we had our own mugs and were often only 2 in the house. The house was...

"The apartment was fantastic and the host very accommodating. The area was not great. Very loud at night and one party until three in the morning. The street was very dirty and smelly. "

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. "The staff was friendly and very helpful. One challenge was that some rooms were not accessible by elevator. Once the elevator reached a floor, the rooms were up another half flight of steps. It was challenging for me who is a senior adult to get a suitcase up that half flight. I had to take it slow but managed okay. The onsight parking spaces were very tight and some were difficult to get into. Everything else was great! Hotel breakfast had a nice assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, yogurts and cereals....all the normal offerings of many hotel breakfasts. "

"A very convenient location to explore Caen and Lower Normandy. We made several day trips out from St. Michel in the west to the D-Day beaches. Caen has a lot to offer from William the Conqueror's tomb to wonderful restaurants."
