"It seemed like this place just opened and was not ready for guests, but they did not have power when I arrived, which was a big let down after traveling from the US for over a day. They also didn't have internet for a while, until they got power back and after I asked. Not a bad place, maybe it'll get better with time. The food and service was good! "

"We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. "Rooms are as in the pictures. Little disappointed that there was no air conditioning. Was only given one towel. Food was terrible. Expensive and it took so long to get served in a rather mediocre venue for the price you pay. Also was served cold. Chips were soggy and overall experience with food was quite disappointing. I did like the room layout and big wooden doors but wasn’t a fan of the old locks but understand some folks may find that appealing. At the gate, the guard was quite pleasant and...
