Three grocery stores with 5-6 minute walk, as well as various restaurants. Apartment is on the fourth floor, but we are all in our 60s and had no problems."

Now the not so good. It was very hot in Vienna and there are no functioning shade covers to the huge penthouses windows upstairs. It took 2 days for a/c to catch up and cool off downstairs in bedrooms where there was only 1 functioning fan...

"We wanted a place that made us feel like a resident instead of a tourist with a nice bed and a kitchen so that we could make coffee and light breakfasts, that was easily walkable to the central city, and to the underground. This provided all of that. There are many restaurants within a very short walk and a store within 2 blocks and the underground within 3 blocks. It only took 15 minutes to walk into the central city. We love to walk the city because where we live in the US doesn't have a feel...
