Filipa would respond right away and even gave beach suggestions, down to the taxi information etc. The location is somewhat remote but a 5-7 min drive away from places to eat and the groceries- definitely need a car! "The property is in an elevated location just outside the town, with beautiful views over the sea and Sétubal. It's in walking distance of shops, restaurants, and beaches but I would strongly recommend a car as the hill is quite steep. There's plenty of parking space. "Nice quiet stay away from the hustle of downtown Comporta (~12 min drive). I enjoyed walking to nearby local coffee shop for my espresso and the Leonardo supermarket for some daily supplies. I’m a little on the taller side; so, had to watch my head when walking through the doors (not an issue if one is under 5’10”). Otherwise, having a/c here is a big plus and necessary given the strong summer alentejo sun."
