"We selected this property because we did not want to be in the maze of narrow streets in downtown Lisbon nor near the loud street sounds that pervade that district at night. We also wanted to be near the airport in this home was an easy 5-minute drive away. The home was very comfortable and our only complaint was that there were dogs in the neighborhood that were riled up and barked throughout the night. "Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schöne 2 Wochen. Wir hatten die Hoffnung, dass man die knapp 2km auch mal zu Fuß an den Strand laufen kann. Allerdings schaffen das nur Hartgesottene, da es keinen Gehweg gibt. Mit Kindern oder Surfboard leider nicht möglich. Wenn man genauer hinschaut, merkt man, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Grundsätzlich ist es aber sehr gut ausgestattet und der kleine Pool macht v.a. den Kids viel Spaß, gerade bei 30 Grad+"

"A nice villa in an excellent location for all the excellent beaches, but in need of some upgrading. External Walls need painting, some of the bathrooms need updating and the dishwasher and toaster didn’t work. The owners did get someone in immediately to repair the dishwasher , but it still leaked when they had gone."

"Our family stayed here at the very end of our Portugal trip. This house was perfect for all of us ranging in age from 8 to 88. It is a lovely home and very clean. There is an elevator that helped the older people and of course the children loved the ping pong table and pool. Alice was there to greet us and show us everything we needed to know about the home and answered questions we had about the neighborhood. "Other than: the freezing pool (can’t use), need to change the laundry detergent (the towel smell wasn’t good) and the road in, All other aspects of our stay was absolutely perfect, the property and all other services was at expectations level and higher. We’ll definitely come back with friends."

"Nice quiet stay away from the hustle of downtown Comporta (~12 min drive). I enjoyed walking to nearby local coffee shop for my espresso and the Leonardo supermarket for some daily supplies. I’m a little on the taller side; so, had to watch my head when walking through the doors (not an issue if one is under 5’10”). Otherwise, having a/c here is a big plus and necessary given the strong summer alentejo sun."
