"The little cottage was perfect for someone with disabilities like my spouse. it was very clean and well taken care of. All of the appliances were great, and the kitchen had everything you could need. It was close to the town of Hollister which had everything we need so we didn't have to waste time in Branson. Quite a few steps to the dock but the dock was in good shape and well lit. We had problems with the water, but our host was right on top of it and had it corrected immediately"

"The location was great, just on the edge of all the action. It’s on the main road so there is some noise, but it’s to be expected. We did have an issue with the electronic lock. No response at all from the “message the host” on the app but after we called the number listed we were given the code to get physical keys out of lock box. Problem solved. "We loved On The Rocks Cottage! The house and grounds are beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed relaxing on all of the patios. The extra fridge in the laundry room was incredibly helpful. Easy access to go places nearby. The marina across the lake was great to rent a boat from. There is a path from the cottage down to the water to swim/fish - it’s a little tricky to navigate but once you get to the bottom there is a great flat rock spot in the cove. "

All of the appliances were new and top of the line. Bed was very comfortable and great pillows. Perfect for a family of 4 with the cozy twin beds in the guest room.
