"Stayed for New Year's. The staff was professional. The Host was communicative and generous with extras in the room. Room had everything advertised. Only challenge was that apartment is down 2 sets of stairs and no elevator--we had lots of luggage. Location was serene and close to Hamners' Theatre, Hughes Theatre, and Wolfe Mountain. Costco, Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Dollar General were also close by. We have booked two more stays for 2025. "

"Check-in was great and everything met our expectations. I did give 4 stars for communication because of some delayed responses through the Vrbo messaging app. I’m sure the owner was busy but it was a nice place and location. Wish there was instructions on Air Conditioner because it was locked and one of the nights was hot in kids room "
