"I like it because its quiet,and i get a big room the bed is huge,me and my sister,stay for a day because it closer to airport and a free shittle bus and free breskfast ,breakfast is so good,i dont like is the refrigerator in the room is not working,we call the receptionist and they sent someone to check it,they can't do anything about it,so they offer us to bring down my milk and put it in their refrigerator,i said never mind.im surprised they didnt offer to move to another room, but im not going to moved even they offered it bcoz my clothes are hang already in the dresser,"

"Surprisingly very quiet. Staff couldn't be nicer. So easy to walk to baggage drop in same terminal as hotel. Hotel was clean and bathroom very nice. Highly recommend. "

"I love everything about Citizen M. First of all location, easy walk from the airport. And then it’s all just so perfect, from easy self check-in to the coolest modern, clean and technical advance rooms. Every little space in the room is used and makes it so functional. The bed was super comfortable and felt amazing to sleep in and be rested for my long flight the next day. And let’s not forget their bar/restaurant which offers very tasty dining and cocktail options. "

"Another great stay… clean, very comfortable bed, easy access to RER. My only complaint that I have every time, is the water fluctuates a lot in the shower from cold to burn you hot. I’m aware of this happening and am just careful. Also wish they would update their archaic hair dryers! They are like using a weak vaccum cleaner hose! But again, I make it work and the positives far outweigh the negatives. "

"Immediately outside Terminal 3 where you can walk across the street and get the airport tram to the other terminals or the RER or the regular TGV/SNCF train. There's a restaurant in the hotel. Good breakfast. The dinner menu at dinner time has variety but for a vegetarian it's limited. However if you are just staying a night coming or going it is not a big deal. Several other hotels next door if you want to go to their restaurants but I didn't try that. Friendly and helpful staff. Grab and go food in the cooler in the lobby as well for odd hours or quick food. Clean. Spacious enough to repack your bags and such in the room. I like staying here for the night before an early flight. Pet friendly. Will stay again."
