"There was no hot water for showers on the second day. We had made 4 reservations together weeks in advance & they placed us all over the hotel. When I asked to be placed closer together the desk clerk was rude & combative. Will not be returning. "

"Location is really good. About 45 minutes from Orly Airport; 30 - 45 minutes from major touristic sites in the center of Paris. Customer Services Excellent The Staff cares to customer convenience and satisfaction We would recommend: 1. Iron and Iron table in the rooms 2. In regards to the breakfast buffet, to offer 2 - 3 more eggs style (sunny eggs, omelets ...) "
