"Overall excellent for our 8 and 5 yr old grandkids. The water slides, splash park and lagoon were all good although we did expect a bucket at the splash park. The park was busy but the queues were very short compared to some other resorts. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The cafe was ok and we loved the happy hour each day. One negative… the aircons struggled and took a long time to cool the cabin."

"Clean enough - there was dust on top of fridge and under bed (it moved). Overall it was clean and good location. Didn’t appreciate we had to take the garbage out and put in the chute - wish it was known. Furniture was dated could use an upgrade. Better coffee instead of just powdered. Maybe a bottled waters when people arrive. And WiFi range was not great in bedroom. I would still recommend this - we were staying in some 5 star properties before getting here - hence my expectation was higher....

"Spacious but Slightly Inconvenient The apartment is very spacious, and the beds are comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, it’s a two-storey unit, and reaching the central area of Cairns for dining and activities requires a walk of over 10 minutes. Communication regarding our late check-in was clear and well-handled."
