"I arrived after a long day of travel to find a slew of shoes on my patio! I had already tried contacting host multiple times to get directions. I have yet to get response. I luckily found alternative accommodations and promplty let vrbo know that they had double booked!! I have called vrbo 3 times and had chats and i still have yet to get a refund.i was told by vrbo i would have to get it from host! (Ghost) I left multiple messages with host with no reply. "We spent two weeks in one of the two bedroom pool villas. The accommodation was exceptional, the staff were great and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and we would be arriving after reception closed but the staff stayed in contact to make sure we knew the taxi would be waiting at the airport and that we would be able to gain entry. "In reality, the place is much more beautiful than the pictures. The owner is nice and courteous. A very pleasant and comfortable vacation. The place is a bit far away so it's best to be with a car"
