The staff was amazing (especially Oh (who enthusiastically greeted us, provided daily oversight of all staff, cleanliness and ambiance of poolside, bar and activities). We also particularly enjoyed the friendly bartender - Win. He was always smiling and enthusiastic. Although we don't know the names of the housekeepers for our rooms; they created a fantastic arrangement of beautiful flowers and towel art! These special touches (including a scented candle lit in our room upon arrival) were awesome! "

"Positives: Great stay in a villa. Very close to the pool & view of Gulf of Thailand. Breakfast was very good, service was excellent. Location is great away from the party strip. Negatives: should be no shirt, no shoes, no service in restaurant; no dogs in restaurant; 1 out of 2 coffee machines worked; after 30 mins belongings should be removed from pool loungers as people reserve then leave; as smoking of all types is permitted there should be a designated smoking area. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The location was also convenient and located in the vicinity of many small shops, dining spots, and local areas, such as Lamai Night Market and Lamai beach. Staff were polite and make you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet consisted of a decent range of Western, Asian and Thai cuisine, with slightly varying options daily. Our only qualm was that the sofa and armchair cushions were old and did not look too clean, however the floor, bathroom and beds were very clean. Overall, Thai House Beach Resort was a comfortable and lovely place to stay in."
