The garden and field between the house and river are lovely -lots of birds and butterflies. The tables inside and in the garden were great for our party of 5 and would be fine for 6 to 8. "A fabulous little property which is perfect for a couple. The location is private from the house and very well equipped, the salt water pool is lovely. Access to the bedroom and bathroom is via a spiral staircase - so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The agents were very helpful and the information comprehensive. A real gem."

"Driving on the first night into this corner tucked away at the top of a hill, I immediately know how beautiful this stay would be. Lots of green vibrant nature, animals, and a beautiful and comfy indoors. I can't recommend this enough. Some things to note, though, a mosquito bite is almost a guarantee, and the cottage is excellent at blocking some sunlight out. "

"We LOVED this house and garden. We would happily stay again. Be aware, there is no wifi - but we took a mi-fi dongle with a roaming sim and it was fine."

"The backyard and pool area was great. The house is very cute. The interior of the house was not very clean. There were many cobwebs, the floors were dirty, the furniture and bedding was older and stained, a dirty mop and bucket sat by the toilet, etc. Not as many amenities provided as in other VRBO’s we have rented in the area - ie no dish soap, hand soap, pool towels, all beds made regardless of the number of guests etc. We also paid twice as much as the listed rate because of the summer season and did not find the value as the cleanliness issue kept us from enjoying the property to its fullest."
