"This was my first time staying in a cottage VRBO. I have always been interested in thr Gig Harbor area and decided to book a reservation. The host was hospitable and the cottage had the amenities that I need for a sbort stay. I enjoyed seeing the little ducks and the other animals on the property. I will keep this property on my list should I ever be in the area again."

"It was a nice enough property. Owners are a busy family but, responsive to any issues. Some older kitchen supplies, a couple of clean but stained towels, couch well used.We bought a vacuum as we were a long stay.It suited our needs, had a pretty view, and we would stay there again. We bought a vacuum because we long stay."

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"2nd time back. Great spot for peace and quiet. Very clean, comfy and well equipped for a home away from home. We will back!"

"We enjoyed the roomy bedroom which included a cute mini kitchen, sitting area, and half-bath. The view was awesome! What was surprising is that the area is upstairs, inaccessible to handicapped persons. Full bath downstairs and nice office space. We did not attempt communication with the property manager but had to rate that in order to submit the review."

"The host communicated often and got us in early. A hand written note with all our needs met for the entire trip, I never had to call for any issues. The only issue I had was I didn’t book it for the entire trip. It was perfect, when I plan my next trip to Seattle it will depend on the vacancy of this rental. "

"Clean home with great updates that was very accommodating for our group of 7 (three adult couples and one college student). We really enjoyed the beauty of the area. The house had absolutely everything we needed for cooking family meals. As with many old homes, the stairs are a little steep and there is a main floor bedroom for those who need to avoid stairs. "
