"The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities. The property had great sand beaches with a relaxing pond which was great for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. The hosts were great as well. Easy to reach and very responsive when messaged day or night."

"This place is absolutely perfect. Cabin #4 was incredibly clean and cozy. We were up visiting our son who plays football at MTU, and felt right at home. The game room, hot tub, and sauna was definitely an added bonus. That will come in handy during future stays for ski trips as well. This is a must stay for anyone visiting the Houghton/Hancock area. Kari and her husband now have lifelong customers. "

"Property was very clean and it was nice for our family to have room to relax between visits to local beaches, waterfalls, and scenic areas. Kids loved the playgrounds in L'Anse and how close we were to Chutes and Ladders. Lots of room in yard to play and have a fire. Hope to return."

"This is the first time i booked a vrbo....did not know what to expect...but it was smooth and easy booking and finding the cabin....everything in the cabin was provided to cook with but did takeout..being off season menu was limited but good..enjoyed the view of the lake...the sunrise was awesome..and everything decor in the cabin...outside excellent...was going to have a fire the second night but it rained...it was ok able to play cards and warched a little tv.....its probably just me but had...

"The view out the back window and off the balcony are amazing! The house had everything we needed to cook meals and hang out. The sauna was a nice treat especially on the cooler fall mornings. It is about 15-20 minute drive from the nearest convenience stores and gas stations but that was never an issue for us as the owners told us this ahead of time and told us where to stop on the way in to avoid needing to head back."
