"Stayed here for a visit with my MTU student and my 12 yr old son - we all loved the beautiful, comfortable accommodations with an Up North cabin decor. The hot tub, sauna and game room were so wonderful after a day of skiing at Mt Ripley just down the road. Convenient location. Although was on the snowmobile trail so I was afraid it would be noisy, it was still pretty quiet and peaceful. Parking easy and convenient. "We had a great stay! Amazing mornings & sunsets on the dock & lake view. Close to Houghton for campus tour/visiting Tech. Beautiful day trip to Copper Harbor. Taking the kayaks out was easy & fun. Great bird watching & rock hunting nearby. Clean & Cozy. Recommend & will stay again!"

"Really nice property. Great location right on the snowmobile trails in the winter, and right on the water for the summer. The game room is a fun addition as is the hot tub sauna area. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed for the stay. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the quality of the mattress. We're admittedly a little spoiled/picky in this area, but a better mattress would have elevated the stay for us."

"My family and I stayed at this beautiful lake front house for a week. We explored the area, visiting various lighthouses, took the Quincy mine tour, visited the Jam Pot, drove up to Copper Harbor for the day, took the ski lift to the top by Lac La Belle lake. We enjoyed the abundance of hiking trails and waterfalls. At night we sat outside under blankets and watched for northern lights and enjoyed the clear skies, stars and the view of the Milky Way. "We held a family get together at this property and it was perfect!! There is room for large groups, with all the amenities of home, with beds and bathrooms for all. The property was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely be back!"

"It was quite cozy and perfect for a short stay for two of us! It was clean and check in was easy. The doggy blanket and dishes were a cute touch! The only drawbacks were the lack of green space for our pooch to potty, we had to cross a busy road to reach grass. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and we could hear our neighbors above and next door. Don’t let that deter your stay, the close proximity to town and cleanliness made up for the very few drawbacks!"

"Outstanding accommodations in every way! The entire process of renting, staying, and departing from this property could not have gone better. The property description was spot-on, and the place is amazing and comfortable for 5 adults. We will definitely be back, as this was the best location to enjoy all the UP has to offer on snowmobiles and allowed us easy access to both Houghton and Hancock during the trip. "

"Looked for a place near Mt Bohemia. Found this cozy and comfortable place. 20-25 minute drive to Mt Bohemia. There is Slim's cafe right across the road, and the Glacia tavern two doors down. Highly recommended the Mohawk house."
