"The house is located in excellent proximity to highway, grocery, beach, dining, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful (we sat out every night in the backyard and rarely heard any sounds at all!). Cannot park on premises but never had a problem parking. This was fond of Lay to June 1. Parking may be different in summer months. Would recommend."
